Electric Handpieces

Here at Prairie Hawk Dental, we use modern and advanced technology for proper diagnosis and treatment of dental health. This includes our use of electric handpieces.

Dental handpieces were originally developed in the late 1800s and over the years have developed to become more advanced, precise, and effective. Now, they are electric and digital, providing better results and higher quality. These devices are used for a wide range of restorations, such as crowns, bridges, dental implants, veneers and basic fillings.

These are just a few of the reasons why we use electric handpieces in our Castle Rock, CO dental practice.

  • They are small and easy to use.

  • They create more space in the dental procedure rooms.

  • They are more comfortable for the patient.

  • Decay from the teeth is removed more quickly with electric handpieces.

Electric handpieces benefit the dentist and the patient, as they are compact and easy to use, but also very effective and not at all uncomfortable for the patient. From cleanings to reconstruction work, these handpieces come in handy.

If you want to get work from a dentist using electric handpieces, schedule an appointment with Dr. Aaron Goodman at 720-515-1801.
